FAQ

How can we help you?

Honest answers to the questions people most often ask before their first session.

How do I book a session?

Browse our counsellors, choose the one who feels right for you, and tap "Book on WhatsApp". Your WhatsApp opens with a ready-made message. Just press send, and we will reply to confirm your time. No forms, no accounts, no waiting.

Is everything I share confidential?

Yes, completely. What you share stays between you and your counsellor. We follow strict professional ethics on confidentiality, and nothing is disclosed to anyone without your written consent, except where the law requires us to keep you or others safe.

Can I take sessions in my own language?

Yes. Our counsellors offer sessions in English, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. Each counsellor profile lists the languages they speak, so you can choose someone you are fully comfortable talking to.

Do you offer online sessions?

Yes. Every service we offer is also available as a private video or audio session. Many of our clients prefer online counselling for the comfort and privacy of being at home.

How much does a session cost?

Sessions range from ₹800 to ₹1,500 depending on the counsellor, and each counsellor’s fee is shown on their profile. You pay directly to the practice, and there are no hidden charges. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp and we will help you find the right fit.

How long is a session?

A standard session lasts about 45–60 minutes. Your counsellor will let you know if a different format would help, for example longer first sessions or shorter check-ins.

How do I know which counsellor is right for me?

Read the profiles: each lists specialisations, experience, languages and a short bio. If you are still unsure, message us on WhatsApp describing (as much as you are comfortable sharing) what you need help with, and we will suggest the best match.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule?

Just message us on WhatsApp as early as you can, and we will move your session to a time that works. We understand life happens.

Is counselling only for serious problems?

Not at all. You do not need a diagnosis or a crisis to talk to someone. Stress, confusion, relationship friction, a decision you keep circling. If it matters to you, it matters to us.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is mostly about you feeling comfortable. Your counsellor will listen, understand what brings you in, and together you will agree on what you want from counselling. There is no pressure to share more than you are ready to.
